LEASE TERMS
Lease terms are 6, 9 and 12 months.

PETS
We accept indoor cats or dogs under 35lbs. at maturity (no agressive breeds), non-refundable pet fee, and refundable deposit applies.

PARKING
Uncovered: There is plenty of uncovered open parking for both residents and guests.
Carports: Reserved covered spaces are available for at a monthly rate of $20.00 each.
Garages: Garages are available for a monthly rate of $75-$105/mo. (depending on size), only vehicle parking in garages please.
If you would like extra storage outside of your home, we can refer you to great storage facilities that are nearby.

UTILITIES
Residents are responsible for their individual electricity, water and sewer, natural gas (in select homes), and cable or internet services.
