Policies

LEASE TERMS
Lease terms are 6, 9 and 12 months.

PETS
We accept pets 35 lbs and under with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, and a $300 refundable deposit.

PARKING
Uncovered: There is plenty of uncovered open parking for both tenants and guests.
Carports: Reserved covered spaces are available for a monthly charge of $20.
Garages: Garages are available for a monthly charge of $75-$105 (depending on size), and can only be used for vehicles (not storage).
If you need extra storage outside of your home, we will be happy to refer you to a local storage provider.

UTILITIES
Residents are responsible for their own electricity, water/sewer, natural gas, and any optional cable or internet services.
