LEASE TERMS
Lease terms from 6–24 months available. Concessions only apply to 12 month terms. Month-to-month rental premium is $150 per month.

PETS
Yes! Indoor cats and dogs under 35lbs at maturity are welcome! Residents may have up to 2 pets in their home. No caged animals or aggressive breeds. Refundable pet deposit = $300, Non-refundable pet fee = $300.

PARKING
Uncovered: There is plenty of uncovered open parking for both tenants and guests.
Covered: Reserved covered spaces are available for a monthly charge of $25.
Garages: If you are in need of extra storage or parking space, multiple sized garages are available for a monthly charge. 10x20 = $75, 12x20 = $95, 12x20 with extra storage = $115.
