LEASE TERMS
Lease terms from 6–12 months available. Month-to-month available after initial lease term is completed with a rental premium of $150 per month additional.

PETS
Yes! Indoor cats and dogs under 35lbs at maturity are welcome! Residents may have up to 2 pets in their home. No caged animals or aggressive breeds. Pet fees and deposits apply.

PARKING
Uncovered: There is plenty of uncovered open parking for both residents and guests.
Covered: Reserved covered spaces are available for a monthly charge of $35/mo.
Garages: If you are in need of extra storage or an additional parking, multiple sized garages are available for a monthly charge. 10x20 = $75, 12x20 = $95, 12x20 with extra storage = $115.
