Make a Payment

Make your lease payments online through our resident portal:

Fill in the amount of your payment, then click the "Process Payment" button to start the process. This will take you to our PayTrace account page where you can fill in all your information and setup an account for future use.

Credit Card Terms – for processing all online payments

1. A $15.00 convenience fee will be added to the amount of your online payment.  (I.E. If you submit a payment for $200.00, your card will be charged $215.00.)

2. Receipt of your online payment is not deemed to be “payment in full” on your account.

3. Your account will be updated within 2 business days (Monday – Friday) of submission of online payment.

4. Online payments processed by 8:00 p.m. PST will be posted to your account as received the same day as payment. Payments processed after that time will be considered as received the following business day.

5. Online payments not received by the due date are subject to all fees under the terms of your Lease Agreement.

6. Online payments may not be made if you have received a 3-day notice to pay or vacate. Please see the leasing office staff to make your payment.
