LEASE TERMS
Lease terms from 6–24 months available.

PETS
Residents may have up to 2 pets in their home. Dogs are to be full grown and under 25 lbs. Cats: $150 non-refundable fee, with $150 refundable deposit. Dogs: $200 non-refundable fee, with $300 refundable deposit.

PARKING
Each resident has a reserved covered carport or parking space, plus there is plenty of open parking for guests.
Garages with openers are available for an additional monthly charge.
