LEASE TERMS
Lease terms from 12–24 months available.

PETS
We welcome mature Dogs 35 lbs or less, and indoor cats. Residents may have up to 2 pets in their home. No caged animals or aggressive breeds.

PARKING
Each resident has one reserved covered carport space, and space for one additional car in the open lot if needed. There is also plenty of open parking for guests.
Garages are available for an additional monthly charge, rates start at $70.
